The nearest train station is Radstadt, is about 10 minutes car drive from the hotel. We will pick you up for free from the train station Radstadt.

BABY EQUIPMENT

In all our rooms we provide you a baby cot, as well as diaper pail, changing mat, water heater, vials warmer and a toilet seat. For the older kids, who sleeps on the sofa or in extra beds we will have a failure protection.

BABYBAR

Our baby bar is open 24 hours. Fitted with microwave, vials warmer, water heater and sterilizer. The products are from the company “Frau Holle”, infant formula and follow-on milk 2+3+4, different kinds of baby porridge up from the age of 6 months.

BABYLOUNGE

For our smallest kids, a baby lounge with different things to play. Only with parents the key for the room you will get at the reception.

BATHROBE

We will provide in all our rooms a bath basket with bathrobe and towels for the pool. Kid’s bath robes with have from the size 116 on.

You can rent e-bikes at the hotel. We also have e-bikes for children (24 inch)
Our fees are:
half day (up to 4 hours) per adult € 20,00 and per child € 15,00
full day (from 4 hours) per adult € 35,00 and per child € 25,00

BIKES

You can rent our bikes for free, city bikes, mountain bikes and kid’s bikes. Some of the bikes have a child seat.

FLACHAU CARD 

You will get the Flachau Card if you stay at least 1 night. With this card you will get some discounts nearby

VOUCHER

You want to give joy? We are happy to issue a value of vouchers as well as wellness vouchers. Advice and voucher creation by phone or via e-mail. 

DOGS

Dogs are also welcome in our hotel. For your dog we will calculate € 20 per day (without food). Please note, the dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

INTERNET

There is free wifi in the whole hotel area as well as in all rooms.

CHILDCARE

In winter we offer care for children from 1 year Sunday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 including lunch and kids juice bar.
In addition, 3x a week joint children's dinner and 2x Kidsclub until 20:00 clock or 1x Kidsclub until 21:00 clock.

In summer we offer care for children from 1 year from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00 including lunch. 3 times a week there is evening care until 20:00, as well as 1 x a week there is a parent sleep-out day where the children are already picked up at 08:00 from the room and have breakfast together!

We can also offer you babysitting or childcare outside of the care hours for a fee of
of € 20 per hour!

Our beautician is always available on Fridays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. In the Happy Hour from 09:00 to 12:00 you get -10%. All our offers can be found in the sub-item Wellness & Beauty - Cosmetics.

MASSAGE 

Many great massage offers - from classic massage to Ayurveda. You can find the individual offers in the menu item Wellness & Beauty - Massages. Our masseuse is available daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

In the Happy Hour from 09:00 to 12:00 you get -10%.

Arrival: the rooms are available at 3 pm – the hotel area like wellness and pool you can use earlier!
Departure: We need the rooms at 10 am, but of course you can stay longer in the hotel and use the pool as well as you can go to the afternoon snack.

PARKING SPACE

The parking space is free of charge!

SMOKING

Please note, that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. It’s not allowed to smoke in the rooms or in the whole hotel.

SKIPASS
You can order day skipasses, hourly tickets or multi day ski passes up to 8 days directly at the reception. All other tickets you have to order at the lift station.  

SKI SHOP

In the shops „Sport im Ort“ or „Sportzeit“  you will get 10% discount on the prices.

SKI LOCKER

We will have ski lockers in the hotel. At your arrival you will get a key for your own locker.

SKIBUS

The ski bus stop is directly at the hotel and as well as at the house Antonia.

MEALS
Our All Inclusive "light" cuisine includes a rich breakfast buffet with vitality offer, afternoon snack and 4-course evening menu. The non-alcoholic drinks as well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate from our drinks buffet are included until 8:30 pm.
We offer the entire culinary offer exclusively for all family members. Please understand that it is not possible for us to check or deduct services that have not been used.
Allergy sufferers: We are happy to take your allergies or special dietary requirements into consideration. Therefore we ask you to inform us before your arrival.
Baby food: in our baby bar, which is open 24 hours a day, you will find all kinds of "Frau Holle" baby food. Upon request, we also prepare fresh porridge for your children at mealtimes.

WASHING

Washing and drying per machine 30-60 degrees: € 30
At the House Antonia we have a washing room which you can use for free. The key you will get at the reception.

PAYMENT

When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the room price is requested by credit card or bank transfer. The rest you can pay at your departure in cash or by card. Please note, that we don’t accept Business cards.
