Check-In & Check-Out
Arrival: Your room is available for check-in after 3:00 PM.
Even before you have moved into your room, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast or our afternoon buffet for free (simply let us know in advance).
Departure: Please check out of your room by 10:00 AM.
In addition to breakfast, you are still welcome to take advantage of our afternoon snacks between 2:00 and 5:00 PM, and your children can enjoy some lunch (here, too, please notify us ahead of time).
General Information
Deposit: Upon receipt of your deposit in the amount of 30% of the total booking cost, your reservation will be guaranteed.

Delayed arrival / premature departure: Guests are billed the full cost.

Dogs: € 30 per day per dog without food. Dogs are NOT allowed in the restaurant, bar and wellness area. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.
Cancellation Conditions
You
can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total cost of your stay.
For
a cancellation within the final week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total cost of your stay.
Please
note that the cancellation fees as stated also apply to rescheduling or
rebooking of your stay.
In the event of No-Show or premature departure, 100% of the cost of your stay will be charged.
In all other instances, bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines.
We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
