Arrival: Your room is available for check-in after 3:00 PM.
Even before you have moved into your room, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast or our afternoon buffet for free (simply let us know in advance).

Departure: Please check out of your room by 10:00 AM.
In addition to breakfast, you are still welcome to take advantage of our afternoon snacks between 2:00 and 5:00 PM, and your children can enjoy some lunch (here, too, please notify us ahead of time).

General Information

Deposit: Upon receipt of your deposit in the amount of 30% of the total booking cost, your reservation will be guaranteed.

Prices in euros, local visitors' taxes charged extra: per person/night ages 15 and up: € 2.60

Delayed arrival / premature departure: Guests are billed the full cost.

Payment: in cash, with EC-Karte, Visa or MasterCard

Dogs: € 30 per day per dog without food. Dogs are NOT allowed in the restaurant, bar and wellness area. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.

Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total cost of your stay.
For a cancellation within the final week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total cost of your stay.

Please note that the cancellation fees as stated also apply to rescheduling or rebooking of your stay.

In the event of No-Show or premature departure, 100% of the cost of your stay will be charged.

In all other instances, bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines.

Tauern Autobahn (A 10) - Flachau exit

at the 1st roundabout, follow signs for Wagrain (Reitdorf)

at the 2nd roundabout, follow signs for Altenmarkt (Reitdorf)

continue for about another 1 km to Reitdorf, where you will find us on the left-hand side

Or avoid autobahn toll charges:
Take the main ("B") road from Salzburg in the direction of Bischofshofen, Radstadt or the main ("B") road from Villach via Katschberg, Radstadt, Altenmarkt.

Current Construction Work on the A10

The 14 kilometers-long section of the autobahn between Golling and Werfen, which is actually the oldest chain of tunnels in Austria, no longer meets the required safety standards. As a consequence, extensive upgrades are now being made that will continue until June 2025. The construction work is affecting a 14 km stretch of the A10 between Golling and Werfen involving five tunnels in total (Ofenauer, Hiefler, Brentenberg, Zetzenberg, and Helbersberg tunnels). The work will be completed in three phases between September 2022 and July 2025. Construction work will pause during the summer months from July until September.

Coming from	Alternative Route
1. Upper Austria	A9 – Liezen – Ennstal Bundesstrasse in the direction of Radstadt/Altenmarkt.
2. Germany via Passau	Linz – Voralpenkreuz – A9 – Liezen – Ennstal Bundesstrasse in the direction of Radstadt/Altenmarkt.
3. Germany via Munich	"Kleines Deutsches Eck" – Bad Reichenhall (D) – Schneizlreuth (D) – Lofer (A), continuing in the direction of Saalfelden / Zell am See.

Seriously consider using public transportation instead. A number of very attractive offers and packages for travel to Salzburger Land are a great alternative to coming by car. Additional trains from Salzachtal and Ennspongau have been running since construction began and are now integrated into the regular schedule. Public buses using the autobahn are given priority. Additional buses, such as the No. 270 express (Lungau-Eben/Pg-Salzburg), are also operating.

Arrival by Train

FROM AUSTRIA

The ÖBB Railjet runs every half-hour, roughly 30 times a day, from Vienna to Salzburg. The ride time is 2 hours 22 minutes.

Your final destination for rail arrival is the station in Radstadt, located roughly 12 km from Hotel Felsenhof and served several times a day by regional trains. Alternatively, you can travel to Altenmarkt or Bischofshofen, both of which can also be reached using regional trains. We are more than happy to pick you and your family up free of charge from the station in Radstadt or Altenmarkt. Should you arrive at the stations in Bischofshofen or St. Johann, we will be glad to organize a taxi on your behalf.

"Spar-Schiene" tickets: from many cities in Austria, you can travel to Salzburg for as little as € 19.90!

On heavy travel days, seat reservations are recommended, which are available to you from € 3 either online or at any ÖBB ticket counter.

17 direct connections and numerous fast ICE trains through Munich provide convenient travel to Salzburger Land throughout the year from many cities in Germany, either direct or changing in Munich. Since December 2023, travel to Salzburger Land has become even more comfortable thanks to use of latest-generation ICE trains.

Super-saver tickets are available from € 37.90; for short stretches, e.g. from Munich, you can even travel here for as little as € 19.90.

Children up to 14 years old, when accompanied by another passenger at least 15 years of age, travel free.
