Enjoy a special time in the Christmas-decorated Hotel Felsenhof. On Christmas Eve, we invite you to celebrate Christmas with us. We gather around the Christmas tree for the Christmas concert and we surprise our youngest guests with a small Christmas present. Afterwards we spoil you with a Christmas aperitif and a festive gala dinner.

Late arrival / early departure: will be invoiced
Payment: cash or EC-card, Visa & MasterCard
Dogs: 20 euros without food. According to Austrian laws dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
For a fee: Beauty and feel well treatments, baths, massages, beauty packs.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Your room is at your disposal from 3 pm. On the day of your arrival you may use the beverage buffet (juice, coffee, tea...) starting from 7.30 am ( we serve breakfast until 10.30 am for a fee).

Departure: We request you to leave your room or your holiday apartment by 10 am. On the day of your departure you may use the feel well area and we would like to invite you to the afternoon buffet from 2 until 5 pm.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 percent of the tour price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90 percent of the travel price.

Please note that even in the case of a postponement or rebooking, the cancellation fees listed will apply.
In case of an early departure 100 percent will be charged.
