Fantastic service including transfer to the children's ski course, great! All the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly, they recognised us from last year. You won't find so many facilities for this value for money anywhere else. Already booked for next year!

This was our 6th time at the Felsenhof and we will be back! The Felsenhof team is always friendly, the kids love the kids club & everything there is for the kids! The food is always very tasty & varied! If you have any questions or requests, someone is always there.

We (family with 5 year old son) stayed at the Felsenhof for a week during Minis Week and were completely satisfied. Wellness, food and drink offers, ski bus connection, childcare,... everything was excellent and as advertised in detail on the homepage. In particular, the small lift directly at the hotel, including free tobogganing, allows plenty of free time in the snow. We were particularly impressed by the friendly staff every day. All requests, especially for food, were taken into account. Not unimportant when on holiday with a child. We will be back in the summer.

Super friendly service, underground car park, charging stations, ski depot, mega wellness area, infinity pool, food always delicious and varied, some drinks included, full board and an afternoon snack. We had the ski pass with us and the price was really good. There is a ski bus to the lift without any problems. However, we always travelled just under 1 km by car. Car parking always available. Highly recommended!

Great wellness area with large outdoor pool, beautiful sauna with fantastic panoramic views, childcare, practical food throughout the day, large selection for breakfast, as well as lunch and afternoon snacks from the buffet and the 3-course menu at dinner, service staff very polite and friendly

4* hotel with all the comfort you could wish for; hotel was only extended in 2024; cleanliness top; service and staff friendly and helpful; we felt very comfortable during our holiday week!!! Location in the district of Flachau - approx. 5 min. with the ski bus to the valley station/Flachau (bus stops directly in front of the hotel); the connection is great! There is a small practice slope/ski slope next to the hotel

We can't think of any place where our holiday at the Hotel Felsenhof could have been better. From the modern room with a great view of the mountains, to the varied and extremely tasty food at any time of day, to the beautiful wellness area and the loving childcare - all in all a perfect stay. We would love to come back!

Children 6 and 3 years had so much fun in the childcare, in the baby pool, in the pool, in the outdoor pool, children's playroom everything was great. We wanted for nothing, everything was thought of. The sauna was really nice at all times. The food was so delicious and there was something for everyone. The staff were so kind and courteous. Everyone was so child-friendly. The new playground is really great for the children and also for the parents who can have a chat over a coffee :). Thank you for this great time. All-round carefree package. 100% recommendable. Senior boss always there too. TOP.

The staff are super friendly and courteous. The food is varied and very tasty, especially the dessert buffet is a complete success. The wellness area with its rooftop pool and panoramic sauna is a dream. The location is perfect for a skiing holiday. The bus stops right outside the door. We can highly recommend the Felsenhof and look forward to our next holiday.

Ideal for accompanying the grandchildren! What could be nicer than a holiday with the whole family over at least 3 generations where everyone can enjoy themselves. Highly recommended!

You do such a wonderful job at your hotel that I would never have thought it possible! I don't know how you manage to find or equip a team with such calmness, friendliness and diligence as you have managed. I humbly take my hat off to you!

We were looking for accommodation with a complete programme for our holiday and came across the Hotel Felsenhof. The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. With the services and the infrastructure in the hotel itself, the holiday here offers relaxation and a real holiday for all parents stressed by everyday life and all-day fun, games and variety for babies and kids of all ages. We are still absolutely thrilled and recommend the Hotel Felsenhof 100%. It was an all-round successful stay.

Without exception, nice service, everyone very helpful and friendly. There was something for everyone at dinner and the various courses were beautifully presented. The pool and wellness area is always clean and of a very high standard. We would love to come back!

We spent our Easter holiday at the Hotel Felsenhof. The hotel is in a great location and although we're not skiers, we never got bored. The pool and wellness area are of course particularly great. We also made use of the free bike hire and explored the area. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. The food on offer was perfectly adequate - there was always something for vegetarians and vegans too! The service staff were always attentive. I really only have positive things to say.

We had a great family holiday and also had time for ourselves. And our needs were catered for. We will definitely be back.

Great cuisine and very courteous service. Family hotel, sometimes a little noisy. Good ski bus connection. Wellness was good, sometimes a little too loud.
