Our head chef Mr Schnitzer and his team look forward to spoiling you with culinary delicacies without haste.

At the entrance to the buffet you will find our baby bar equipped with a microwave, bottle warmer, kettle, vaporiser, milk and free organic baby food from Holle. It is accessible 24 hours a day.

We offer the full range of culinary delights exclusively for all family members. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible for us to check and deduct unused services. Allergy sufferers: We are happy to take your allergies or special dietary requirements into consideration. We therefore ask you to let us know before you arrive.

In addition, 3 x per week children's evening meal together followed by an evening programme and in summer 1x children's breakfast together. The exact programme can be found in the children's folder, which is available at reception. We are also happy to offer babysitting or childcare outside of the childcare times for a fee of of € 20 per hour!

FREEWAVE is the WLAN network name. You do not need a password and the Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

From 07:30 to 21:00 we are at your disposal with help and advice. You can reach reception on the telephone by dialling 9.

are also very welcome here. However, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area! Price per dog per day € 20,- without food. We ask for special care in the children's outdoor area.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. For our smokers there is a smoking island in front of the hotel entrance. We kindly ask you not to smoke on the balconies either.

Your consumption is booked to your room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mineral water, soft drinks and juices are included until 8.30 pm. You will find a receipt at the breakfast table, which you are kindly asked to sign. Please settle your bill at the end of your stay at reception.

We are happy to spoil you with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks/cocktails at our hotel bar. From 20.30 there is a discounted cocktail of the day every day as part of the happy hour.

 For our early risers, a Nespresso machine is available free of charge from 04.00 to 07.00 at the entrance to the buffet.

For early departures, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch instead of breakfast. Please let us know by 17:00 the evening before at the latest.

Two washing machines and a tumble dryer are freely available in Haus Antonia. The laundry room is open daily from 8.00 to 20.00. Washing tabs are available at reception. We can also wash and iron your laundry for a fee. (per machine € 40,-)

The terraces are connected to both restaurants. The roof terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The terraces by the play area and in the feel well area are non-smoking!

We cannot accept liability for accidents in the indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, ‘feel well’ area, play & fun room, outdoor playground, Kids Arena or during leisure activities, neither for adults nor for children.
