Should you have to cancel your holiday, the following conditions apply:
Until 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the price and in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will invoice you 90% of the price.

Our TIP:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
The European Travel Insurance offers insurance that covers the cost of cancellation in case of factual or suspected COVID-19 infection and currently does not treat the virus as a reason for exclusion in cancellation and travel interruption insurance.
